Sayanogorsk Aluminum Smelter

Tilting gas fired melting furnace of 20 ton capacity with regen. burners of 5 t/hours.

3D – model 70 ton electric tilting holding furnace equipped with MHD-Stirrer
Two off 70 tonnes tilting electric holding furnaces, equipped with MHD-stirrers and tubular heating electric elements of our own production.
Holding furnaces were commissioned in 2016.
Six off 60 tonnes capacity tilting electric holding furnaces and six off 85 capacity tonnes tilting electric holding furnaces, including furnace fumes extraction systems and electric heating launders.

Boguchanhy Aluminum Smelter
Three off 60 tonnes capacity tilting electric holding furnaces, including furnaces fumes extraction systems and gas fired launder systems. Holding furnaces are equipped with tubular electric heating elements of RPC Magnetic hydrodynamics production.
Holding furnaces were commissioned in 2015.

Novokuznetsk Aluminum Smelter
Four off 38 tonnes capacity tilting electric heating holding furnaces, equipped with MHD-stirrers.
Holding furnaces were commissioned in 2005.
Contactless MHD-stirring systems
Systems for non-channel MHD-stirring of aluminium alloys have been supplied to aluminium smelters and metallurgical plants of Russia by RPC Magnetic hydrodynamics Ltd. for more than 20 years already. By the present time we have commissioned more than 50 systems.
Since 2009 we have been supplying our equipment abroad through our exclusive partner, ALTEK EUROPE Ltd (the UK) under Siber-Force trademark. More than 30 systems have been supplied to various world aluminium manufacturers (Hydro, Novelis, Sapa, Alcan and lots of others).
Electric heating elements for non-ferrous metallurgy
Company's specialists have designed the range of electrical heating elements of various power with higher level of exploitation reliability for electrical stationary and tilting melting and holding furnaces with the capacity from 50 kilos to 100 tons as well as for filtration and refining of aluminium alloys.
Refractory products for aluminium industry
Since August 2014 RPC Magnetic Hydrodynamics Ltd. takes part in refractory materials and pre-cast shapes for Russian and CIS non-ferrous industry enterprises. New department of Refractory materials and technologies was created with the main purpose of arranging production of competitive pre-cast shapes in frames of import substitution policy.
For the new RPC Magnetic Hydrodynamics Ltd. department up-to-date equipment has been purchased in order to fabricate following refractory products and provide following services:
- molten metals transportation systems engineering services.
- refractories installation supervision and installation itself;
- refractory troughs and launders;
- refractory pre-cast shapes as per Customer's specific requirements;
